🛡️ Zero AI Model Training Guarantee
We NEVER use your uploaded family videos, photos, or restored outputs to train, fine-tune, or validate any AI, machine learning, or computer vision models. Your videos are exclusively processed through automated inference pipelines and remain strictly your private property.
1. Encrypted Storage & Regional Hosting
All uploaded source media and processed videos are transferred via TLS 1.3 encryption and stored at rest using AES-256 server-side encryption.
- Storage Region: Multi-region cloud storage with encrypted nodes.
- Access Control: Short-lived presigned URLs with task-scoped authentication tokens. Media URLs expire after 1 hour.
2. Automatic Retention & 1-Click Manual Erasure
We strictly enforce a minimal data retention lifecycle for personal privacy:
- Automatic lifecycle: Uploaded and processed media follows our current data-retention policy. We do not show a cached retention period when the live policy is unavailable.
- 1-Click Immediate Erasure: You do not have to wait for automatic cleanup. Once processing has finished or failed, you can navigate to your Account Tasks dashboard and click "Delete Video" to permanently remove all associated media files. For an in-progress task, contact support so we can stop processing safely.
3. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information strictly required to operate our service:
- Account Credentials: Email address used for authentication and payment receipts.
- Task Metadata: File name, video duration, selected AI options, and processing status logs.
- Payment Information: Handled securely by Paddle. VidFixr does not store your credit card numbers or full payment details.
- Saved Payment Methods: If you choose to save a card at checkout, saved payment methods are stored by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. VidFixr keeps only your Paddle customer reference. You can remove saved methods anytime from Payment methods in your account.
4. Operator Information
VidFixr is operated by an independent developer. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means Paddle's name will appear on your card statement and receipt.
