1. Service Description

VidFixr provides AI-powered video enhancement services on a pay-per-video basis without recurring subscription commitments. Available enhancements include:

• Restore & upscale: Reduces film grain, compression artifacts, and tape noise while restoring detail. When selected, choose 1080p Full HD, 2K QHD, or 4K UHD delivery.
• AI Colorization: Turns black-and-white footage into color and can be selected on its own or with Restore & upscale. Colorization-only keeps the source size; a right or bottom edge may gain one pixel when required for video-codec compatibility. Results are generated by AI and may vary with the source material.

AI enhancement results depend on source material quality. VidFixr makes no guarantee that severely damaged or corrupted footage can be fully restored. Output quality is evaluated risk-free via the 15-second watermarked preview before any payment is required.

2. Free 15-Second Watermarked Preview

Every uploaded video automatically receives a free 15-second watermarked preview at no cost. This allows you to evaluate enhancement quality before deciding to purchase the full processed video. Pay-per-video fees apply only when you choose to proceed with full-length processing; the minimum paid order does not apply to the free preview.

3. Pay-Per-Video Pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Pricing is calculated based on exact video duration in seconds. The exact amount you will be charged is displayed on the checkout screen before payment, calculated from your actual video length and selected add-ons.

Each paid order is charged the greater of (a) the per-minute rate × video duration in seconds ÷ 60, rounded up to the next cent, and (b) the minimum paid order of $0.70. Depending on your location, applicable taxes are either included in the price or added by Paddle at checkout; the final amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Restore & upscale to 1080p Full HD: $1.70 / minute
• Restore & upscale to 2K QHD: $2.70 / minute
• Restore & upscale to 4K UHD: $4.70 / minute
• Colorize Black & White only: $1.19 / minute
• AI Colorization with Restore & upscale: +$0.49 / minute

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle's name will appear on your card statement and receipt, and your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. VidFixr does not store card numbers or payment credentials.

4. Acceptable Content & User Responsibilities

You retain full copyright and ownership of any videos you upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to process the uploaded video material.
• The content does not violate any third-party privacy, copyright, or intellectual property rights.
• The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.
• You will not use VidFixr to process content intended for deceptive impersonation, deepfake creation, or non-consensual use of another person's likeness.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations

AI video restoration results depend on the quality of original source material. While VidFixr strives for optimal enhancement, we provide realistic result boundaries — for example, severe physical tape tears or data corruption may not be fully recoverable. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The 15-second free preview is specifically designed to help you assess results before committing to payment.

VidFixr is operated by an independent developer. For legal notices or formal correspondence, contact us at support@vidfixr.com. Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, is identified at checkout and on transaction receipts; contact Paddle for payment and refund matters as described in Section 7.
